2U could never have gotten off the ground without workers. It could have been a better company if it had been honest with all its workers and if executives had listened to the most ethical and thoughtful workers--instead of marginalizing them and pushing them out. Organize a union, call for reform, document everything. Provide value to everyone, including the consumer. It won't be easy to do that. But no struggle worth fighting for is.

The employees on the ground have been and will be the backbone of this company if it survives. If they treat us with some respect maybe things will get better.. just wishful thinking I guess
Honestly, I don’t think anyone has the energy, bandwidth or inclination to even think about starting a union. If anything , my energy is being put into finding another job.
