Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

FISERV HAS THE WORST .......

Team doing internal company wide application updates ......how did it get this bad? Where did the good talent go? I wish I was exaggerating. Slow emails, excel. MS tools in general. How can anyone get work done efficiently? Don't get me started on on the help desk.
If you don't want help contract the help desk. You are better off downloading MS on a personal computer and working from that....

If you ask the helpdesk or tech bar if anyone else has the same problem, they would either refuse to answer or say no. When I talked to a few colleagues, they all had the same problem. These folks are beyond useless, they are trained to lie.

I have been down the India road before - more than a few times and it was always a disaster. It seems cheaper, faster, better (that is one word) and "fix Windows problems with phone call." Yeah, it is a little more complex than that folks. Aon outsourced, disaster. Abbott Laboratories outsourced - disaster. NYC Roosevelt Hospital was a nightmare. If you expect anything good from your system (and they are what we all work on every day), LMAO --- ain't gonna happen. So not surprised about Fiserv anymore.

Hey Frank!
Cracks are appearing in the foundation caused by your excessive weight on the books!

You scraped out all the mortar and the walls are now crumbling down around you.

Math is a B*tch!

It’s not IT help desk issues… these issues were way too critical and deeply internal

Good think Fiserv doesn't have a big investor's meeting tomorrow, or having network issues would be really embarrassing.

Don’t blame the few internal IT folks left. Frank fired 95% of internal IT support and those left are ready to quit.
We got exactly what he paid for - next to nada.

They supposedly fixed the IT issue that the JSOC sent an alert out on. I couldn't get into Zscaler until before 8am local time.

Then we're having internet issues all day. Still having email issues and hate dealing with the Help Desk. They speak English, but don't comprehend it and exacerbates the issue.

The answer is that work is not done efficiently. Everybody is collaborating with coworkers.
