I hope you've saved some money. Within the next 3 weeks you will see another round of terminations. Please forgive me for not including more details.

My prediction is this will all go down on a Thursday which is December 7th. This is the time they like to get rid of people. 2 weeks before Christmas and right before the 2 week break in end of December. Also, it would look bad to layoff people the week of Thanksgiving and week after. I am sorry for anyone being laid off, but I would try to get into NOODLE. Their CEO is the real CEO who founded 2u which was called 2tor. He is a stand up guy and down to earth!
Does Chip still walk around with that Boombox and play music and make people dance. That was so CRINGE every time. This place reminded me of a cult like JONESTOWN. We were forced to smile, laugh and dance. I have lots of pictures to post from several years worth of cringefests.
Who is on the chopping block?
It has to be before the end of the year so there’s no bonus requirement to be paid out.
It is what it is, just gonna keep working until the bell rings. Who knows maybe we'll bounce back
3 weeks sounds about right. They coordinated the last layoff so that it lined up with a payday. THEORETICALLY: So if they follow the same formula, calls will be scheduled for Nov 30, people will be told early morning that it’s their last day and they don’t have to worry about working tomorrow or for the remainder of that day (like they’re doing you a favor or something) and Dec 1 will be your last paycheck. Then, if we’re lucky enough for some type of severance, we’ll have 14 days to sign and return the agreement.
It’s going down. I’m yelling Timber (sounds like a song at a dance party)
Happy Holidays From Chip and the gang!
The reason for no details is because there are no details. Otherwise why hide them?
Give the details. It helps us.
3 weeks is an interesting time frame. It's prior to 2U break AND prior to the end of the USC contracts. I wonder what the actual timeline looks like here.
why not include more details, they have nothing to lose at this point....
I know the original post said no more details, but anyone reading this have any? Any ideas on which departments, whether they'll focus on managers and seniors again like last time, etc?
This isn’t even shocking. It’s expected
