My personal zeitgeist tells me we have plowed through the anger phase. There are p-o marks, Cheetos dust, and empty bottles ever where. Are we ready to move onto the next phase together? A more enlightened phase?

Whatever happened to "soon" there will be a resolution.
Soon is sometimes shorter than 'never' - but not always.
I suggest Raghu use "in due time" to imply an alternative description of very unlikely.
