The benefit of getting this BC offer and seeing how HT and his company truly runs, I will be looking for a new job and taking it as soon as I can.
Bummed I didn’t decline on the 27th but live and learn.

I got a transition offer. Honestly I don’t have any interest to work in this sh-t hole. Waiting for my severance. Till then learning new technologies for my next dream job.
I got an offer. It has a lot of RSUs id never gotten any w vmware yet. My manager did not get an offer but most of my team did as well.
We are all looking - the deadline passed and I didn’t have all my questions answered either - no reply from their HR until after the deadline passed
That in ans of itself is not an “epic” way to onboard a new employee and evidence in and of itself that this is not where I will further my career.

For those I know well who also got offers, every single one of them is simply holding this to wait out end of year drag in hiring and will be first out in the new year
