I’ve heard 2 months plus 1 week for each year? Is that what others are hearing for US employees impacted? Curious others feedback…

Yea that is correct. 2 months plus x week of pay corresponding to x years of service
For Canada ISG it was 10 weeks severance, full pay, plus 1 extra week for each year of service. Full benefits for the duration of the severance. They also paid me vacation pay for the vacation days I had remaining. Final month's commission still came on the date noted on the pay schedule, however they never paid me what SCORE said and wouldn't budge - be mindful of them trying to cheat you on that.

That is correct. They also provide 2 months in job relocation services, people that assist with your resume and overall job search. It also comes with two months of health insurance. If you get laid off enjoy the time!!! It’s a FREE vacation!!! The job market is hot, super low unemployment numbers. Transition to a company that doesn’t constantly go through wfr, or do and just keep getting severance cash vacation money.
