Yup I just got put on a FINAL warning for saying I left at a certain time on my time card but the system showed it was a couple min earlier. Been here five years. Just praying for layoffs at this point!

Everyone should show up to work for an entire week and when there are not enough seats, sit on the floor, staircase, etc and then post it on tiktok, meta, twitter, etc. That will not only get corporate attention but media attention, and corporate will have no choice but to change the policy where people can continue to work from home.

Effective 1-1-2024
3 - Documented
4 - Inital Warning
5 - Elevated Warning
6 - Final Warning
7 - Termination

It was stated that each Supervisor and Manager makes the decision to place an employee on a Cap or not to. Favoritism and everything else.
