Is there any way that we can have a round of layoffs for those who run this place? I think they've proven again and again with their ignorance and incompetence that they have no place here at all, not to mention at the top. If I did as bad of a job as they do, I'd be fired a long time ago.

Agreed. Terrible leadership. The top guys (COO, CEO, CHRO) and regional VP’s are paid a lot and they are well versed in taking care of each other until. The only way to survive in this company is to ignore the stupid decisions and lack of judgment from the incompetent leaders and only focus on your salary. That’s what I do, or else you won’t last with the politics. Enjoy the $$
