Remember when people were quitting left and right because we were in high demand and other companies were willing to pay good money to steal us? I miss those days and I'm so sorry I didn't use that opportunity to leave Qualcomm. I would change that in a second if I could.

Some workers were incentivized with higher pay to stay with their company and not jump ship. Although they stayed, they were laid off months later anyway.
Lots of people who left during great resignation got laid off at their new companies due to overhiring so it was a total bubble
