Every town hall is like a medieval torture device. At Carbon Black: they will have a 1 hour all hands meeting with three minutes for Q&A at the end. Shortly after reading the question “oops sorry we are at time!”

The last few CB All Hands had lots of time for answers, but Jason was very upfront about how he didn't have answers to most questions.
So none of your post makes sense.
If there is severance. If CB is spun off, severance policy is undefined.
