I have a skip level 1:1 that’s been on my calendar for awhile with a new VP and now she moved it to Thursday. Is this a sign of layoff? Very stressful!

I wouldn't be nervous about this - she might be just getting to know you. I know it's stressful, but it could just be she was busy the other time and the admin is moving the meetings..
Shouldn’t you be more worried if it was cancelled? If layoffs were hitting your team on Thursday your vp would be busy, jmho
No they are doing that because their survey results were soooo bad so now they are trying to act like they care.
No one can say. Could just as likely be a scheduling conflict. Unfortunately, you're just stuck waiting. This entire scenario su-ks.
