we're understaffed and half of that staff is doing less than bare minimum.
they just dont give a rats *ss anymore. and i dont blame them.
and management......! we dont need them. they usually just get in the way.
i wonder when the next round of warehouse closures will happen

Yes I agree the environment is toxic and the intimidation and favoritism at the perris facility is unimaginable it's not what you know it's who you know. Watch out for Ulysses Villanuva he's out to get anyone who has filed a complaint against him and he doesn't give up he ho-s around asking associates to watch certain people and report back to him .also he assumes and writes people up for things he has no evidence of him and the operation manager Elliot Mota is best of friends so they together create a toxic work environment. Letters to corporate doesn't matter since they all stick together Regan hill,marsila stinkburg,and Harry docile the ceo all stick together so its no use filing a complaint. They have let go of their most knowledgeable managers and supervisors and put people in their place that has no ideal how the departments work which will probably result in the perris facility being closed.this company needs a turn over in their managers / supervisors/operations manager in order to survive
