Raising complains on Manager

Is there a way to raise complain about Manager who misuse power in office and also a dictator? Also using the power for own personal gain to help spouse who is in Q. At this point I don't even care if they know it's me who raise this issue. Just need a platform to start firing.

CA's brother survived the layoffs? Who could have predicted that :-)

Current CEO has his own brother VP of program management.

How many Fortune 500 companies have that kind of corruption?

Only an outsider incoming CEO could clean up that kind of corruption: but that probably won’t happen

In NJ one senior director named Luca has kept his average performing wife in the job while everyone around her was fired. Its pure nepotism which everyone can see but can do nothing.

No point bro. He is gonna play victim card and escape. Move on and believe in karma. He will get punished some day. HR in this company are bunch of jokers. Or management made them so. They don't take any action on him but on you. My personal experience.

What is the point ? The reason you have sh---y managers at Qualcomm is that most of the leadership lineup has NO idea what it means to lead and manage. They won't understand if you complain.
