My "mananger " keeps saying to me "Customer complaint ...Customer complaint ..." and i do not think its really happening... i think she writing in fake complaints .
but hey its normal to have 50 people on top on one person ... of course they are gonna complain... so whos fault is it?
I was a manager from 2009-2017 at Macys, bogus complaints were happening back then. They also would write you up for a complaint from three months ago and say “do you remember this customer named Mrs. smith?”, like someone could remember a transaction from three months ago. What. A. Joke.
The 'way' to 'fire' people is simple. Give them room and let them do it to themselves. Simple and easy. Everyone always looks for theories as to why someone was let go. The person that is let go didn't correct behaviors and it was a mean to an end. It's always the company did this or that, never what you did.
Sears was notorious for doing this also.
Fake customer complaints have been happening for years and years…….a store manager in Dadeland Mall blew the whistle about this before she quit the company. It’s used as a way to fire people for no good reason.
