CSG ain't going nowhere ... not that I believe they are all needed but it's DELL DNA and MD isn't going to let his part of the business to go busted .
and still CSG is adding 50% to the total company margin based on the DELL SEC 10k

No reason to squabble over if or when layoffs are coming - we all know they are and anyone saying otherwise is either trolling or lying to themselves. All tech companies are automating, pushing self serve and implementing AI, it's not some super special secret.

Definitly happening, no one is safe. Top sales performers are a key target to trim operating expenses. I know for a fact that there will be a round in Nov, near Thanksgiving in the US. Also, entire teams eliminated in Feb for the start of FY25. Anyone in field sales for CSG, get your resume ready, this entire org will be eliminated.
So you think they will wait till February? I’ve been here for 8 years and I’ve never felt less sure about having a job.
