Why this company is corrupt is beyond my understanding. HR is horrible, other departments like finance/accounting/projects have so many issues. When this can be improved?

Until people start looking at themselves and recognizing they ("leaders") are the problem, nothing will change. I also agree about HR. The worst of any company I have worked at. They literally do not care about the workers and are only there to protect management. It's not worth it to go to HR when there are issues with your leader. They will go to the leader and ask him/her if what you told them was accurate. What a joke and only puts a target on you. I wouldn't hold your breath for any improvements. This company is still in kindergarten.
