I noticed pay model does not show min and max anymore. Is it because they don’t want us to know being underpaid ? Or layoffs in progress and trying to push people leave first?

That's a good one, there is a lot of that at all levels at intel.
The pay model doesn't directly correlate anyway... I've seen some key people with low titles make quite abit and directors make quite less. It's mostly there to make you feel like there is an ever elusive goal if your nose isn't brown.
