Apparently Downstream is going its own way for some dubious tax dodge. Consultants are rubbing their hands.

I give it 3-5 years before things really start to sour, perhaps slightly longer if oil prices remain where they are. There maybe some terrible event that acts as a catalyst.
Bank those bucks and keep that bag by the door. Leave immediately once $$$ target hit.
Why was the ever any 'Downstream' at all?
Pointless.
It's geological sheikdom what makes money.
They will hack it up and bleed it dry. When it collapses they will be long gone. Or, it will be someone else’s fault.
MBS will continue his vanity projects and sports washing. Until the whole thing goes bo-m.
Expats there can’t bank on being there for more than a few years tops. If you’re 50-55 this age bracket is the most vulnerable because you’ll likely need to find a new job back home soonish.
Here's wishing you all well with with your future. Too many clouds in the company coffee. For many hold on ad long as you're needed.
One or lump or two?
Obviously some small brained sycophant has promised MBS Aramco is worth more than Apple. It will reach 2.5Tn whatever the cost inshallah. Get the popcorn ready.
Tons of JVs being setup. Basically a way to enrich management and their families via even larger kickbacks. Funny how the SVPs and EVPs are board members of these entities, conflict of interest, of course not!!
If they are trying to artificially inflate profitability by hiving off the cost centres, then good luck with that one.
It’s obvious that the Company is slowly being broken up into various entities, spun off and entering JV’s. Will position the Company to lower operating costs is the goal, primarily through reduction of salaries and benefits.
Yep, would absolutely love to be one of those consultancy firms, hanging on the Aramco te-t.
