Have things always been this bad? Has the culture always been this toxic? I wish I had done better research on the company before I joined a year ago.

I left 2 months ago. Don’t make as much as I did in that toxic place, but now I’m stress free.
Money isn’t everything, my mental health is more important. That ship is sinking. Trying to hold on is dangerous. I was with that company for over 30 years. I just couldn’t weigh it out any longer.
Bud, get out NOW, find a job elsewhere, that plcae has been in a spiral since 2019.
I understand the market ain't hot but don't stop looking outside.

No it used to be an awesome place to work, it's been going down hill for the last 5 years or so
