I keep reading posts about rumors but in my team there are no rumors at all.
Is there gossip going on and we're simply left out?

Everything you hear is somebody having 2 pieces of a 1000 piece jigsaw and thinking they already know what the full picture looks like.
Radio silence from both sides .. I can hear pin drops. At least tell us when the BC portal is going online

Only a small few of offers will go this week. Another few next week.
Bulk of offers will now be closer to October 30th.

With just 10 working days left my thoughts are we should start getting some communication any day now... perhaps later in this week. It would be really perplexing if BC left this to the wire with no time left for people who are being retained to process the information.
I think most of the posts are rumors and speculation, based on what various people think or hear, and trying to piece something together based on tiny, unfounded, disparate snippets of (possible) information because everyone is absolutely starved for any shred of news of something to latch onto.
I'm an IC and don't hear rumors at all.. but my manager tells me he hears a lot of stuff among the management.
