I WFH while many people on my team are hybrid or go into the office for meetings and stuff. When everybody was WFH things were going great. Now I feel left out of some of the side conversations which I think will put me at a disadvantage over time. And Q did not give me a package.

I was laid off while a permanent remote worker and 4 others who never come in still have their jobs.
This post has to be a joke. If not, get the fu-k to the office and shut up.
I was the only WFH guy in my group, the others were hybrid. -- Guess who got riffed? Me.
If you choose to work at home, that's the risk you take. Go onsite if it worries you that much.
Yeah. Cry me a river. You want the comfort of WFH, saving commuting gas/car/insurance/time/baby-sitter/home-cooked-meal dollars and also want the benefit of "fitting-in".
Remote workers are for sure at a disadvantage. It is a lot easier to lay off the person you don't see. It's just human nature.
It is not about just being in the office. If the right people are not that office it does not help.
You could always go to an office if near one. Or, move to a city (or SD) near your team
