She has amassed a huge organization of totally worthless trolls, that serve no purpose in this organization.. It's not hard, let the smart engineers pick the "talent"... Don't force the "inclusion" of stupid people. Look at how many new Senior rolls were created in the upper 100k ranks over the pass ~2 yrs

HR got slammed. We got our notice a couple of weeks before everyone else. They kept us on board to process the lay offs.

Sure, I agree, most of those guys are brown nosers that have risen to their highest level of incompetence.. the HR thing is a big joke of hiring "experts" that actually do nothing but talk out of the side of their mouth.. as it is ACE does not have the expertise to be in her current position.. Dexom is not near as large or complicated of an org as Q..

@OP: There are other groups which have even bigger lopsided orgs. Yes, even in engineering groups. Think about it - what does a "senior director" bring to the table that a "director" does not? Do you logically justify that a director who manages a team of 25 to 30 engineers cannot manage 40 or 50 engineers? So, why the inflated title? It is done just so that some VP or SVP can confer the title to someone whom he wants to make "more equal" than others. There were less titles and hierarchy when Q had a bigger share of the modem pie and there were many many more OEM's. 'nuf said.
