One idea, stop investing in 'marketing' that does nothing to help our business. F1 is great, and I am big fan, but the only thing Juniper gets in return is a few quick snippets of our logo during the race, a couple of existing customers attend the race who are then outnumbered by Juniper marketing and executives who post pictures with drivers and the total cost to the company is outrageous. Some genius thinks this type of marketing reaches our target audience, and it does reach maybe 5 or 6 customers. Oh, and don't ask for spots for potential new customers because those are taken by drones from marketing who are 'helping with the experience.' Guess it was easier to layoff sellers and support staff that help me grow the business. My customers even joke about Juniper sponsoring Aston Martin. One commented he drives a Dacia and is offended reading the post on social media.
