On, it`s way down…. A failure spiral.
Any denier, needs a reality check. Any employee, needs to engage on an urgent soul + job search.
Any. VP and up, need to f off ! You have failed, don`t drag hardworking employees into failure and also look for a new job that matches your qualifications.
To the post that says why don't people,leave the job. Not everyone is in a position to just leave and start afresh in a new company (region economic circumstances).sounds like you are one of those disconnected and on a huge salary that you don't get why employees rely on their commscope jobs and expect not to be treated like dirt.your attitude should be fix the rot and make employees feel valued.
A LOT of people went to work somewhere else. The loss of talent has been paramount!!
Think about it, not as a complaint but as sending them a message that they are NOT doing a good job. When people hurt or are uncomfortable, they let you know.
By the way, why do you feel in need to defend them ? Or may be is you who should be looking for a job that matches your qualifications ?
If you hate CS and leadership so bad, why don’t all you people complaining go work somewhere else where you are happy and enjoy working for your leaders?
