SPS is so messed up that if you don’t lie you’ll get laid off. If you don’t take the test, you’ll get laid off. If you don’t hedge perfectly between 8 and 9 on all answers, you’ll get laid off. If you can’t brown nose in the debrief, you’ll laid off.

Shell HR should be embarrassed on how they have implemented a completely biased and self-serving system.
It is a clear substitute for ignoring the truth they already know and a tool to achieve what they want to undertake rightly or wrongly. In other words, highly dangerous.

The only categories that matter are harassment and team leader scores - it’s painfully clear “organizational leadership” and “group leadership” are tossed in the can.
Or... hear me out on this.... you're direct reports don't see you as a good leader or good for the organization...
My results plummeted from 2022. I guess my direct reports see 2023 much differently than 2022.
