I don’t see much future for the NJ office. I’m one of the ones left behind. Have seen it all over many years here.
Now there WILL be attrition here and folks would start leaving on their own. Good luck with morale !

NJ WARN period is 3mo. Thus effective date would be 1/11, 3mo after 10/11. California's is 2mo.
Why does the layoff effective date say 1/11/2023? Were there layoffs in January in NJ or is there an error in the WARN notice?
There are little over 200 in NJ office so about 40%
