Let’s be honest, C level leadership is a bit high. They don’t care about you or me or our clients. They care about tax breaks that help their stock shares and bank accounts. It’s been Franks model of leadership for decades, and he’s not going to change.

Just follow the money...see which BUs are getting the hardware upgrades and which ones are left with hardware that has been alerting for over a year ready to fail.

They are preparing Banking and CU for sale. You can see this in how they report the numbers. They a separating out the numbers by how they are going to sell the products. They also telescope their move by mentioning how they are solely focused on growth. Banking is a high margin, shrinking industry. If they want to focus on growth, then they have to sell the shrinking products.

Once you realize that they only care about the products up to the sale date it all begins to make sense. They do not care about the long term survival of the products, they only needs them to survive long enough for a bag holder to buy them. Then it is up to the bag holders to fulfill the contractual obligations.

(They need you gone long before the transaction is completed. Help is not on the way.)
