After they axe enough of the real workers, maybe they can finally eliminate the worthless malignant ones... they will be in the barrel now.
The entitled ones are the click members that don't do much, panning off all the cr-p work to the outsiders/contractors. --- They have a pi-s boy and a fall guy to axe when things get rough.
So, you show up as the new person and expect to be given your choice of projects before you’ve proven yourself like the people who have been here for years already have?? The level of entitlement is astounding.

The good-old-boy club keeps the choice work for themselves, and gives out the cr-ppy hazardous work to the noobs/contractors.

worked at Q for quite some time... you have to do your time on cr-p you might not like.. if you make friends and keep a relatively good attitude they will find a good fit for you.. if not you should IOS every 2-3 years or GTFO..
