FP says they want the best people. Does anyone think FP is one of the best options as a CEO? Probably bottom 5%. Goes for most of his top minions also.

Yep, good luck trying to fix the USNG rotten leadership at the VP level. That is where your issues are, JD, KD, the Directors circle and all the marriages and friends is what is making it terrible. Get rid of JD and KD they are corrupt and condensing and your issues will improve.

Divy cut coming next?
This is what happens when you put a train lady who has never managed a single capital project in her life in charge of one of the biggest capital projects in the Company’s history (and one of the biggest non-government projects in the history of Canada). The fact she left this dumpster fire and got a CEO job is even more maddening.
The best people are long gone…
Stock price says it all.
Complete company shakeup is needed. HR must be dismissed because they allow managers to hire their mistresses and golf playing buddies
100% they need to go. Anyone that had any accountability associated with seeing a multi-$B project more than double needs to face the music. Shareholders should be pressing the board for action on this.
Hal should be able to get the liquids company rolling quickly.
After he’s got that set up, he needs to come in and fix the gas company, this will be the bigger challenge as it is hard to undo years of rotten self-serving culture and abysmal management from the EVP down to the middle manager level.
Basically anyone who has been in any form of a leadership position since about 2015 on needs to be scrutinized.
How could the people that got this company into this hole be the same people to get the company out of it?
