Envideo only has half that number, but revenue is 50% bigger last quarter. No wonder Q stock doing poor. Why so many people at Q? What they do? What they for?
most of them are paper pushers! they need to get rid of them
You need 60 people to justify yourself as a VP. You need to aggressively hire when raqs open. This system makes Q bulky and inefficient and ends up with massive layoffs.

You can be a VP if you find a idea to increase headcount under you. Therefore, we are seeing a lot of meaningless organizations.
Q needs more people for more VPs/SVPs/EVPs.
