This was as much a dud as the hurricane Hilary. Less than 4 percent in San Diego is the high estimate. Most impact were the offices in other cities, many sites fully closed.

@OP your "dud" comment is super insensitive and dismissive for those who actually got impacted. Be the numbers high or low these are still real people who got affected, sorry to disappoint you that not more are affected.

Where did you get the 9,500 number for San Diego?
9500 in San Diego...seems like a lot to me! My dept lost 40%.
