According to Mexican Immigration law, a foreign national must have a valid Mexico work visa to work legally in the country in exchange for remuneration. The visa is issued after a process of verification and inspection by the Immigration agents.
Stop acting like you solved the border crisis with this hair-brained idea.
Those plants couldn't support 10,000+ people each day and the vast majority don't have worker visas for Mexico. The majority of illegals are from the middle east, central America, China... give me a break.
People who have good jobs in Mexico won't need to come to the US.

- You assume non-Mexican residents can work in American auto plants (in Mexico).
The more good automotive jobs in Mexico the less reason people have to cross the border and come here.
Even people from countries south of Mexico like Venezuela can get good car jobs in Mexico and not come farther north.
