You know things are bad if India was affected - and majorly, from what I'm reading. I'm not disparaging anybody, I'm just saying that if we are cutting people in the lowest-cost area, the CEO and those around him must be desperate. Usually, they cut Americans to outsource our jobs to cheaper areas. This is not the usual modus operandi.

QIPL impact seemed minimal to me unless the other shoe hasn't dropped there yet.
If the low cost areas are not productive, why can’t they be cut?
