Thread regarding Qualcomm Inc. layoffs

This is bad

You know things are bad if India was affected - and majorly, from what I'm reading. I'm not disparaging anybody, I'm just saying that if we are cutting people in the lowest-cost area, the CEO and those around him must be desperate. Usually, they cut Americans to outsource our jobs to cheaper areas. This is not the usual modus operandi.
