Any rumors who will be buying NDF? Will it be sold together or in pieces ?

Probably worth more than the people left
They had an offer to buy just the inventory. Which is all it’s worth.
Sounds like this is the likely timeline for divestment of drilling fluids (Lanigan from the q3 cc): “The process is progressing in accordance with our expectations for substantial completion in the first half of 2024”.
Don’t believe me, believe your leader (from q3 cc): “With the planned divestiture of our Fluids business, we are actively repositioning Newpark to become a pure-play, high growth specialty rental and services business serving the site and access market,” concluded Lanigan.
If that isn’t indication of what is about to happen, my name ain’t MUD.
I would imagine a management buy out. Which means they will keep all the rejects that ran it in the ground. NR stock is going up so everyone is anticipating it going away soon so they can get that Green New Deal money. Sure isn’t going up off of NDF profit cause then it would be in the negative just like the mud department margins. Those that are still there and haven’t jumped ship have fingers crossed for a severance and nothing else.
