Kit Colbert, seems to suggest 30th is the day for offers, the confusion is what word was used Latest or Earliest?

Thanks, that's what I was looking for.
Basically same thing they been saying. Not much new info given. Some will know sooner than the 30th if they get an offer (could be the 16th, or the 26th “I don’t know what they are thinking” was pretty much what he said… “if you don’t hear anything in that time frame, just be patient you could still get an offer. They did mention on Oct 30th everyone should know what their fate is.
