The mini layoff tornado has shredded almost 75 employees! More yet to be sacked. No hike will be announced until the firing is complete. There is no transparency but the kiddo in management will clearly speak about transparency. Start looking for better opportunity or wait until the severance is issued. 🆘️

I have a question for T-Kiddo… been parking in slots once reserved for Directors and VP’s but now that building emptied from layoffs. Is that ok, let me know as don’t want to park in your spot. Thanks
Sad to see sarcastic replies like fear mongers and folks supporting the fake transparency stuff. Every firm works to bring the revenue up but Notified kiddo has adopted new strategy, decrease the headcount and project the revenue! We always come across issues during hike period and the company clearly eats away few months hike every year. Perfect vulture investor mindset. Utmost shame to the management supporting blokes. Transparent kiddo you missed to read the question comments in meeting!!

Look, they can’t take away what you’ve learned over the years. Knowing that, apply that to your next location and use it to win. That’s what we’ve done and now we’re better than what this place will ever be. Management here is only good for one thing manage-U-out.

I will say that the fella in management claiming transparency while conveniently ignoring questions about future RIFs and the actual count of people let go is just complete nonsense.
