People were talking about a large layoff but very people in our group were impacted.

My manager tried to say it's a large layoff lol. I was laid off 3 days ago. Got the confirmation email today. From linkedin, or other online sites it seems only a handful. Just tried to make me feel better lol
Yeah, it all seems to be news for other company to say, look you are better here with us than working for Q.
I have been working in a great team, well work life balance, so flexible, no off hours pings from manager, high rsus.
Unnecessarily had got worried following posts here and around.
