Does anyone know if we get to keep the upcoming vesting RSUs if we are laid off today? What package are they offering?

How about the 2 weeks for every year?
For those complaining why it takes so long to do layoffs this time, this is one of the reasons. Nothing worse than being terminated a few days/weeks before vesting.

Officially employed for 2 months after notice (WARN act.)
Independently of your termination day, you get the rsu’s vesting on Nov 20.
