Who has details on the 2024 field restructuring?

FS will totally go away over time. More store closures. Focus on health care delivery. Not sure who will want to go to stores in the future.
Pretty much as it was before it was changed two years ago. They do this shuffle often with the same results every time.
FS will be changed to a day care center. Babies and Scripts R’ us will be our new name.

We’ve tried it the other way with FS in charge of RX and that definitely didn’t work
Why would pharmacy be in charge of front store...thats ridiculous
Aetna eliminations, mainly vision dental sector.
F/T wah employees will be placed on a hybrid schedule coming to office 3 days per week
Also will eliminate all SM positions. PMs and Staff Rphs will now oversee FS. 3 months later, pharmacists will walk out due to CarePass pressure and not enough help for planos.
And a small increase in rx dl headcount.
Eliminating half of RDs and DVPs. Same span of control, but one RD oversees FS and RX. Same concept for DVPs
