NJ office impacted big time. 100+ let go from 250 odd. One VP of small cell took a demotion to Sr. director to stay in his job. Its ugly.

I know one guy who retired few years. He was demoted from Senior Director to Principal engineer at one point and stayed there til retirement.
Small Cells VP in NJ will take a demotion and will leave QC in 18 months.
This is fact as he has told people here that himself.
The VP should be the 1st to let go.

I know of VPs who stepped back to Sr. Director title because they didn’t want to be a VP anymore. He retired years ago, but remains one of the best mentors I’ve ever had.
I didn’t realize there were so many still at the NJ office. This isn’t the first big cut they have experienced.
