what a complete waste of time!!! this crazy lady never says anything useful. its 1 buzzword after another like "bridges we build" and "assessment" and "progress over perfection" and "fruits of our labour" and then a bunch of internal acronyms that mean absolutely zero
this whole session was awful. she is awkward, and there was nothing said that helps me do my job and help my customers. why do we put up with this rubbish?????????
