Got the bonus!

Good by me. One last paycheck, before my last paycheck.

Can someone share what approximate $$$ value the bonus is for someone like a P5/P6 senior / senior staff?

No. That's part of an employment contract. If you don't receive one, why do you care that value it is to a position you're not in? There's also no approximate $$$ value. It's a percentage of a percentage of your base salary.

So does this mean we do not see Q4 bonus at all? They should have paid h2! If Broadcom financial year is November to October and they pay in December, so we have not done anything to accrue their FY23 bonus in December, so we go a whole 15 months before we see FY24 ending October 2024 and paid December 2024?

It is funded 100% prorated by 1/4.

In my BU case it is 17% annual salary (prorated to 25%) paid out on Oct 30.

"Care to fill the rest of us in on what "the bonus" is?"

Its not for trolls like you.. only vmw folks.
go drool with jealously..

Seriously, there are more unrelated trolls here trying to get insider info than actual employees.

You didn't get it, yet. You still need to avoid being fired before acquisition =)
