The majority of the feedback from clients after last Forum was they won’t be back, they got nothing out of it
Doubt there will be another Forum anytime soon…
Why would anyone give a darn about that? We have far bigger problems
Will clients even show up? Only if they are that desperate in trying to find customer support lol.
Will Fiserv still have employees tp send at that point?
You mean that it will happen at all? Wouldn’t surprise me. It’s an expense and has clients. Two things he hates.
