Some things will change for sure if competent leadership takes over. At least for once the right people might be the ones who are shown the door. All the brownnosers who were promoted for their butt-kissing abilities must be shaking in their boots. I'm here for it.

In my twenty years (20) at Pioneer I did see people get promoted way beyond their skill set, mostly brownnosing, and who you knew. I saw them in Facilities they were referred to as "fast trackers" I saw one that had to walk home from MCO when he lost his job and his company car. Then I saw other people that were stealing vehicles, equipment, land and they were hands off by Pioneer Security. And I saw people put on administrative leave on trumped up charges and they were excellent employees. But I will say you could also tell that brownnosers that were pulling vacuum on those above and shi ting on those below. They carried these little round calibrated air gauges that read in PSIG, and they prided themselves in the vac in ounces that they could su-k and hold. I worked with one individual that had so many department shanks stuck in him, but he survived and those that stuck him saw the door. The "NORTHERN INVASION" hurt many careers. The workplace can be pretty horrible.
Having worked for a company that purchased by Exxon, if they offer you money, take it and run. Run far and run fast. Exxon does not purchase people and they do not give two $hits about PXD employees.
heard that Exxon VP was found in a La Quinta motel room in Montgomery country, and he is still in the slammer, something about downhole work.
The executive over the department allegedly handling the deal over at Exxon was just arrested for s-xual as--ult like three days ago, so I don't know what sort of amazing leadership you think they'll provide...
Clearly you don’t understand ExxonMobil culture. Buckle up
Thinking XOM management is competent 😂
Brown-nosing isn't over. They literally have a sponsorship fast track program if you kiss butt hard enough
me too!!
