What else is new
was this officially announced somewhere or is this a rumor? I don't recall seeing anything about a welcome email coming on Oct 16
What else is new
Didn’t the participants receive a warm welcome when they joined Squid Games? It’s the same thing—they give you a hearty welcome, then proceed to slay you in the most cruel manner.
Would it go to VMware email or personal email?
Why would Bcom send out "Welcome to Broadcom" emails on Monday, the the 16th, when many will be getting laid off/receiving severance packages?
Unless..._________________________________________________.
Fill in the blank...
So Broadcom's sick joke:
Oct 16 - "Welcome to Broadcom"
Oct 30 - "We were just kidding you're fired!"
I heard its only ‘Welcome to Broadcom’ email going on 16th. Offers will follow after
"Question -- if you don't accept the offer, what are the options? Do you get an option for a Severance package or just let go?"
Yes, you will have the option for severance package.
It has been mentioned numerous times.
What is the point of this post? It repeats something that has been said a hundred times without any proof, and the proof will come in a week to everyone who reads this.
¯_(ツ)_/¯
You will know in a weeks time , just be patient !!
Question -- if you don't accept the offer, what are the options? Do you get an option for a Severance package or just let go?
You must be a troll. No reasonable person could have missed the many answers to this question on here, Blind, and corporate Slack.
Question -- if you don't accept the offer, what are the options? Do you get an option for a Severance package or just let go?
Clarify, please.
Do you mean, "The bulk of the "new" offers from Broadcom for continued employment will start going out on Monday, 10/16"? (Contrasted with the "informal" verbal offers/communications that have been mentioned on here)
And as has been mentioned before, if one is NOT getting an offer, one won't hear anything until post-close...10/30-31 or 11/1...at which point, the severance communication will go out.
That all correct?
