Was downsized a few weeks ago, found out several co workers were also downsized last week. New postings are mostly going to India. Kanaan and Sandeep got rid of most of the channel group, product mgt and sales and now is sending many positions over to India while hiring their cronies. How long until Blackbox is either sold or goes back into Bankruptcy?

@42k3 great assessment, but did you believe, knowing that belief drives behavior, which drives results — like I believed before layoffs? To me it looks like leadership’s belief doesn’t value contributors or helping customers succeed.
Another bloodbath. April 21 2025. Over 100. The day before Sanjeev Verma sent an announcement blaming everyone but himself and management for the continued slide into to irreversible failure. Their missteps have been epic. Clueless management with zero field experience and hired a consulting firm that used AI to develop mo--nic recommendations. There's zero teamwork, continuity or efficient collaboration in the process of this company and the obtuse iron-fisted management style has created an environment of chaos and fear. The workplace is hostile at best and oozes with toxicity.
Worst day in Black Box Corp History! Manager Paula Saunders with 40 plus years of service, laid off by India management. Once the knowledgeable are gone the company will sold, delisted on the stock market, & have to claim bankruptcy, again! Customers are exiting Black Box left & right, No new business projections in the future make business operations at Black Box look bleak....
