Let’s take our advice from people who think UP’s fiscal year starts in November. Great idea
End of the fiscal year is in November. You can bet Jim "Scissorhands" Vena is sharpening the blades to make a "positive" impact for the start of next year.
Which union would that be? They are just as bad as the company....sacrifice from the bottom-up.
No it won’t.. The fact that many places have 1 manager per 3 employees, says it won’t.
“We haven’t been able to get to them yet”.
I've never liked seeing anyone lose their job, but the UP has way too many managers! There too many useless managers running around doing nothing and believing their job is critical to the survival of the business. Most of them can't even do the work of the people they manage anyways.
