Bad bosses are the #1 cause of unhappiness. People don't quit their jobs. They quit their bosses.

Managers that scr3w over those under them should look in the mirror and be ashamed of themselves.

I don't care if a manager or lead has a PhD, lots of patent plaques, lots of people reporting to them, or lots of responsibilities, or what product or technology they are responsible for, or how much money they bring in, or what car they drive or what tennis club they belong to.

If a manager is has no soul, no heart , no compassion, no fairness, no respect for others, they are pure garbage. Pure and simple. They don't deserve any respect at all.
