Wish it was 100% QCA rude Steve Jobs wannabes..
QCA is commodity business
20-30% makes sure management people keep all of their clique. Even 50%, it will be like that. Politics always trump over efficiency and long term goals.
In real should be more than 50% but because of politics and BSs by the management the cut will be around 20-30%

If they can even cut 10% of dir, Sr dir, vp, things can run fine and save a lot of $$$
QCA doesn't earn much due to low margin products. Lots of sr staff and principles though work can be completely handle by offshore teams.
