Looking over some of these job postings and I have to wonder if it’s an exercise in satire or just complete obliviousness.

Entry level postings, but require years of experience.

There is definitely a director’s role that you are more qualified for than she is right now, just by virtue of being a decent human being.
I change my own oil and pump my own gas. That qualifies me for a director position.
Let’s not forget oil and gas experienced “preferred”
Certainly don’t want anyone that knows enough to ask the right questions.
